Issues that were already concerns for the food industry, particularly around employee safety, productivity and talent retention have only been exacerbated by the COVID 19 pandemic. Change has accelerated and a recent survey by Food Industry Executive found that 72.5% of food manufacturing and processing businesses report having had to adapt their business strategy or operations in response.
